Based on the architecture of Jane Drew (20th century).
Jane Drew was one of three architects in the 1950’s who went to Chandigarh, India to continue the building of the new capitol started by Le Corbusier. Drew, who was British, received considerable credit for improving housing quality for the poorest government employees and for designing “cheap houses” to meet the needs of the very poorest in the society who were not originally considered for housing.
